Life Coaching
As a Certified NLP Life Coach, I will be working deeply with you to release subconscious blocks, create healthy new mindsets, and develop effective approaches for you to meet your goals and ideals.
In addition to our 1hr live coaching session each week, I will be connecting with you (virtually) throughout the week to support you, guide your assignments, follow up, and answer any questions you may have.
