There are No refund Only Reschedules.

Only one (1) reschedule; If you miss or cannot make your reschedule, your service is forfeit.

Clients are expected to arrive 5 mins prior to session in order to check-in and ensure prompt start time.

Why is this?

My appointments are scheduled consecutively. Arriving early ensures that your appointment starts and stops on time and does not run into the next appointment.

If a client is more than 5 mins late, it is an automatic reschedule.

Why is this?

As stated above my sessions are booked in succession. Out of respect for my other clients, their time, as well as my own, strict start and end times must be adhered too.

All services Purchased must be used within three (3) month of purchase date or service will become null and void.
