Anything more than 5 minutes late is an automatic reschedule.

Why?

My appointments are scheduled consecutively, and will run into each other if we begin late.

If a client is a "No Show" the service and payment are forfeit or you can pay a $25 rescheduling fee.

Clients are allowed (1) reschedule as long as they notify me prior to their session.

There are no refunds only reschedules, so please schedule accordingly.

All service purchases (including gift certificates) must be utilized within 3 months from date of purchase. Otherwise they become null and void.
